At During, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality commercial equipment. The following outlines our warranty coverage and conditions.

Warranty Coverage

Two-Year Parts and Labor Warranty (All Equipment)

During provides a two-year warranty from the date of invoice covering:

  • Replacement or repair of components determined to be defective under normal and proper use
  • Standard straight-time labor costs and reasonable travel time, as outlined in During's warranty procedures
  • Equipment that has been installed, operated, and maintained according to During’s specifications and the product manual

Six-Year Compressor Warranty (Refrigeration Equipment Only)

In addition to the two-year parts and labor warranty, refrigeration units include an extended four-year warranty (years 3 through 6) covering the compressor only.

  • Applies solely to the compressor and covers defects in material or workmanship under normal usage
  • Labor and additional parts—such as refrigerant, motors, electrical components, and controls—are not included in this extended coverage
